DIRECTIONS TO ROSE COURT
FROM M5 Follow M5 until the end, the road will then divide into two, one way the A30 to Okehampton, and Launceston, The other A38, to Plymouth and Torquay, follow this road for 2 miles then the road will split again, A38 to Plymouth, and the A380 to Torbay. You need to be in the left side of the carriageways to access this road, Telegraph Hill. You are now on a straight road for Torquay.
This road is all dual carriageway. After about 11 miles you will cross over River Teign Bridge. After another 1.5 miles you will come to a very large island and traffic lights (Penn Inn) signpost Newton Abbot to the right, Milber to the left.
Go straight over and follow signs to Torquay. Stay on this road which now becomes single way traffic until you reach another island, it will be signposted Plymouth, Brixham, Paignton to the right, and Torquay A3022 straight ahead. There is no left exit from this island.
You will know it is the right island as on the bank on the left it says English Riviera in flowers. Straight over this island, onto dual carriageway (Riviera Way) Straight over traffic lights. After about 300 Mts., on the left you will pass The Willows, (an out of town shopping complex COMET SAINSBURY MARKS & SPENCER ETC. signpost.)
And then about another 400 mts., you will come to a major set of traffic lights.Turn left at these lights towards TEIGNMOUTH, TUFC, BABBACOMBE, (signpost.) Go straight on at first island, you will now be entering Hele Village. Go down the bank to the bottom to a mini island, turn left, and then right (staggered crossroads) into Westhill Road.
At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Manor Road, and right at the next set of traffic lights into Babbacombe Road. York Road is the 2nd on the right, and Rose Court is aprox. 100yds. on your left, just past the left hand bend.
